The photos revive the past and the everyday life of a Croatian countryman as an attempt to capture the spirit of old times when they lived without modern technology, electricity, gas, phones...Iva Lulić's camera objective shoots every scene full of life.  The moments are emotional and powerful, and the characters twisted with light reflect the harmony, and yet the inadequate simple view of life through playing in the field or working with the fires, including all segments of human activity, tracking down indigenous artifacts, and discovering unopened parts of nature and traditional rural architecture.  These photos have evolved that evoke the national past. After thoroughly explored, the ethnographic material and collecting forgotten objects, a window into the past opened through which we can observe more than customs. Children, young and old, playful, energetic and tired, in disarray or domestic labor, all gathered, either working or solemnly dressed, to impart a complete picture of the spirit that we are trying to keep the time it has passed.
